HOW TO MAKE CANNABUTTER

INGREDIENTS

• 28 g cannabis flowers, ground to medium fine
• 1 liter of water
• 4 sticks (approx. 450 g) quality butter

EQUIPMENT

• Oven
• Cocina

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 110°C (230°F).

7. Store butter in the refrigerator until firm. Any remaining water will separate from the butter and can be easily blotted with a paper towel.

HOW TO PREPARE OIL WITH CANNABIS

But let's face it, not everyone loves the calories associated with butter. Also, butter is not suitable for vegans and there is no reason for our vegan friends to miss out on the brownie experience.

• 1 cup cannabis flowers, ground to medium fine

4. Allow the mixture to cool, then strain through cheesecloth into a bowl. Remember to press the bud into the cheesecloth to catch any remaining oil.

There are hundreds of brownie recipes out there. This is one of our favorites for delicious, sweet, and creamy weed brownies. Be careful, it will be very difficult to keep your hands off it.

Keep in mind that these brownies are made with butter. If you prefer, you can simply replace the butter with an equal amount of enriched oil.

INGREDIENTS

• 225g of good quality chocolate
• ¾ cup (170g) cannabutter, melted
• 1¼ cups (280g) sugar

• ¾ cup (90 g) all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup (30 g) cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon of salt

METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Break the chocolate into pieces. Melt half and save the rest for later.
3. Mix the melted butter and sugar together, then add the eggs and vanilla until the mixture is light and fluffy.
4. Beat the melted chocolate. Make sure it's not too hot or the eggs will break through.
5. Mix flour, cocoa powder and salt and sift.
6. Using a plastic spatula, fold the sifted dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Don't overmix.
7. Hornee for about 20-25 minutes.
