    Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks from 4 eggs and mash them with a fork in a large bowl; discard the remaining yolks or save them for another use.

    Add cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and red pepper. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes or until the mixture is smooth. Add 2 tablespoons of paprika, jalapeno slices and spring onions.

    Fill the egg whites with pimento cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with the remaining spoonful of green pepper and onion.
